All the stories in <a href=\"https:\/\/indaccess.org\/?page_id=29\" title=\"Patient Stories\">Patient Stories<\/a> section inspired us to get going and keep going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our focus is on providing <strong>neutral, factual, and publicly available information<\/strong> about regulatory processes, historical context, and published scientific literature related to investigational therapies and patient-specific treatment access\u2014particularly in situations where established treatment options are limited or unsatisfactory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We do <strong>not<\/strong> provide medical care, medical advice, or treatment recommendations. We do <strong>not<\/strong> promote or endorse any drug, therapy, or investigational product. Our role is strictly <strong>educational and informational<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The organization is currently <strong>in formation as a nonprofit public charity<\/strong> in Colorado. We do not accept donations at this moment as we work hard to get some basic information out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Future Donations<\/strong><br>When donations become available, all contributions will be accepted solely to support the organization\u2019s <strong>charitable and educational mission<\/strong>.<br>Donations <strong>will not be tied to<\/strong>, conditioned upon, or associated with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>promotion or endorsement of any drug, therapy, or medical product;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>influence over content, activities, or priorities; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>benefit to any for-profit company beyond transparent, non-promotional disclosure of donors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tax Deductibility<\/strong><br>Contributions made prior to formal recognition of 501(c)(3) status <strong>will not be tax-deductible<\/strong>.
