About Us

SingleIND.org aka AccessIND.org is an educational initiative created to improve public understanding of pathways for accessing investigational medical products, including Single-Patient Investigational New Drug (IND) and Expanded Access mechanisms. All the stories in Patient Stories section inspired us to get going and keep going.

Our focus is on providing neutral, factual, and publicly available information about regulatory processes, historical context, and published scientific literature related to investigational therapies and patient-specific treatment access—particularly in situations where established treatment options are limited or unsatisfactory.

We do not provide medical care, medical advice, or treatment recommendations. We do not promote or endorse any drug, therapy, or investigational product. Our role is strictly educational and informational.

The organization is currently in formation as a nonprofit public charity in Colorado. We do not accept donations at this moment as we work hard to get some basic information out.

Future Donations
When donations become available, all contributions will be accepted solely to support the organization’s charitable and educational mission.
Donations will not be tied to, conditioned upon, or associated with:

  • promotion or endorsement of any drug, therapy, or medical product;
  • influence over content, activities, or priorities; or
  • benefit to any for-profit company beyond transparent, non-promotional disclosure of donors.

Tax Deductibility
Contributions made prior to formal recognition of 501(c)(3) status will not be tax-deductible. Donors should not claim any charitable tax deduction unless and until such status is granted by the Internal Revenue Service.

Please check back for updates when donation is available or our organizational status is finalized.
